Senior Citizen Consumer Complaint

Against KoolPrint Printing

Exhibit “A”

NOTICE:  We have created a Blog Website for customers of KoolPrint Printing to leave their comments, that have been victimized by this company.

www.koolprintblog.com

Update August 5, 2007:  We placed and paid for our order on March 15, 2007.  We requested a refund on July 2, 2007 after we realized our order was not going to be shipped. We have not received our refund.  One would have to believe that KoolPrints competitor conspiracy theory about negative responses about them, which they are now saying, was manufactured to draw in more unsuspecting consumers.

July 6, 2007

IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS SINCE YOUR LAST FALSE PROMISE. Now, don't lead me on. I need the truth! Let's try to get this resolved. Obviously you can't produce the product I ordered and paid for in the amount of $3040.00, which could have been in the bank still and earning interest. Since I have not been able to deliver goods, I'm losing business. I believe it is time to cancel the order and get a refund of my money with interest. If this can't be resolved immediately, the next letter may be from my attorney.

An email was sent to Bob Parson's owner of Go Daddy through his abuse@godaddy.com email address as they are Shami Kokhar's domain web site host.

Mr. Parson's was in the Marine Corps and I asked him as a fellow Marine to look into this matter and requested his assistance in stopping the fraudulent activities of Kool Print.

The following e-mail was sent on July 29, 2007, to the United Nations: inquiries@un.org

For the attention of:

H.E. Sheikha Haya Rashed Al Khalifa is the President of the sixty-first session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Trust in our fellow man starts with treating each other with respect and honor.  The internet has played a major role in bringing the World Wide community together.

When it is abused by someone for personal gain by Fraud or other crimes against our World Wide community, it then begets further distrust in our fellow man.  Companies or individuals can hide behind borders without fear off being brought to justice in many instances.

This is certainly the case of a company named KoolPrint.  If you would be kind enough to view my website www.koolprintproblems.com you will see why I am writing this e-mail for your assistance in bringing our world closer together by hopefully stopping further abuse by this company.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to look at this very minute issue compared to the problems in the world today.  The United Nations I am sure has more pressing issues, however, sometimes it is the little person who needs assistance and if enough of the little people are helped, it hopefully will help stop some of the major issues from happening.

Sincerely,

John Locke

Your assistance is requested in investigating possible Internet Fraud.  KoolPrint is operating a web site www.koolprint.com among many other web sites claiming they are a professional printing company,

If you read my web site www.koolprintproblems.com you will find links to other sites where the individuals who ordered from Kool Print have had serious problems with this company.  It seems in my opinion that this company is involved in more than the printing business as they produce unacceptable product if it is delivered and will not refund monies when requested to do so.

To many sincere individuals have been affected by this company for them to be a legitimate printing company.  I feel there is more behind their current fraudulent activities on the internet. I am also sure there are many who have been taken in by this company that have remained silent.

Thank you,

John Locke

On Monday July 30, 2007, I will be making the following report to:

Suspicious Activity to:  1-800-BE-ALERT

A company called KoolPrint has been advertising printing services on the Internet.  I have been told by them that all printing is done in the USA.  I now believe since they have offices abroad that printing may be done in a location other than the US and shipped in by container or across our borders.

Because of very poor quality when product does arrive and delays in receiving product or in some cases not receiving product paid for, it appears that this company may be shipping something in our great country besides printing products.

I sincerely request the U.S. Customs and Border Protection look into what is actually being shipped into our country if this is the case.

Please view my website for further details:  www.koolprintproblems.com

Sincerely,

John Locke

United States Department of Justice,

In reading your email address is says AskDoj, so I thought I would.

AskDOJ@usdoj.gov

This is such a small matter, that it may seem insignificant with all that the DOJ is involved with, however it is very important to me and I am sure others who have been taken in by a company by the name of KoolPrint.

Your thoughts on my web site www.koolprintproblems.com will certainly be appreciated and any thing you can do to help is most welcome, also.

Thank you,
